Access

No two clients get a model the same way. Access is shaped around the one who gets it.

Forms

Whole. Some models are handed over entirely and run on the client's own inference.

Through an API. Some stay with us and answer through an API we set up for that one client.

Not at all. Some never leave us. Pentaract is one: it can trade on a client's own exchange account as well, and that is as close as anyone gets.

After you write

Someone from the team answers. After that, nothing is standard.

One conversation turns into a paid pilot, another into a free one. An investor and a scientist who found the problem interesting are not asking for the same thing, and we don't treat them as if they were.

What we take on

A problem the large general models don't solve, and that we find interesting.

Bring the problem and what you know about it. If it holds our attention, we build a model for it, and sometimes that model goes on to get a name. Not for us: language models, chatbots, or GPT wrapped in an API.
